After 6 years of practice at her own private clinic in Flagstaff, Arizona Melanie moved her successful practice to Scottsdale, Arizona, at the invitation of the famous Spa at Gainey Village to become the in-house TCM practitioner within one of the ten most exclusive private athletic clubs and spas in the nation, where she practiced for over five years. While practicing in Scottsdale, AZ, Melanie was also asked to join with the top team of Urological Surgeons to provide Chinese Medicine in an integrated approach for the treatment of urological disorders. Melanie has now moved her TCM practice to the Eastside of the Seattle area and is at the Jones Family Chiropractic Center, 17090 Avondale Way, Redmond, Washington, where she provides the full range of Chinese Medicine.

Melanie is known for her compassion, her extreme gentle touch and delicate needle technique. Melanie has been recognized by her peers as a master needler as well as a master of the ancient Chinese art of Tui-Na Therapeutic Massage. She began her herbal studies at the tender age of 12 in Western herbal medicine and extended her knowledge to Chinese Herbal Medicine with some of the most respected Chinese Doctors. Additionally, she has studied with North and South American Shamanic Healers and Tibetan Doctors. In addition to physical and herbal medicine, Melanie has worked with energy workers from China, Japan, Southwest America, Hawaii, Mexico, Peru, England, Scottland and Russia and is a Healing Hands and Qi Gong practitioner.
